From My Homeschool Heart

Confession time...

Coffee wasn't just a beverage during our homeschool years. It was practically a school supply.

There were early mornings preparing lessons, afternoons filled with read-alouds, and plenty of days when one child needed help with fractions while another wanted to discuss dinosaurs...at the exact same moment. Through it all, there was usually a warm mug sitting nearby.

Looking back, I don't remember how many cups of coffee I drank, but I do remember the conversations we shared around the table, the laughter that echoed through the house, and the incredible privilege of spending those years learning alongside my boys.

So here's to coffee...and here's to homeschooling. Somehow, they just seem to belong together.

With love,

Kristi
